Jason Mawer

Chief Executive Officer

Jason Mawer CEO

Jason has 30+ years experience as an Advisor, Managing Director, Founder and CEO

He is a driven, multi-functional leader with a demonstrated history of working across commercial, and non-profit markets. Jason is skilled in go-to-market strategy, product development and funding. Innovative and entrepreneurial by nature enabling, he has expertise in building and leading teams to satisfy short-term business objectives while planning for future expansion and scale requirements.

 

Jason was previously Vice President Europe GTM, Sutherland, and developed a strategy to expand pan-European footprint against a background of internal delivery challenges and lack of local leadership.

 

During the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jason initiated the Help NHS Heroes project to set up a network of ‘pop-up supermarkets’ for NHS staff. It  supported 19 hospitals and 27 care homes, provided over 5,000 grocery boxes and distributed over 45,000 pieces of PPE. This project received a 'highly commended' by the Management Consulting Association 2021 Awards

Additionally, he is Co-Founder of YouLook.tv – a digital video on demand service, free of charge to its users, and supported by advertising. It features in Scandinavia as part of Samsung Plus and is growing in Asia as part of LG Channels.

He has also been Managing Director of Mercury Media Group – facilitating funding and lending ($1m-$100m) into the media industry during a period of unprecedented upheaval and changing operating landscape.

Lloyd Price 

Chief Strategy Officer

Lloyd is a HealthTech Founder, Consumer Internet Executive, Portfolio Non Executive Director, Health Exec in Residence and Tech M&A Advisor with 25 years of experience launching, scaling and exiting Technology businesses.

He has performed Founder, C-Level and Senior Management roles @ Hive Health, Induction Healthcare Group PLC, Zesty, Badoo, Kelkoo, Yahoo! UK & Europe. His operational experience ranges from Start-Ups to Scale-Ups, Corporates to Nasdaq/FTSE listed companies.

Lloyd co-founded Zesty in June 2012, building the company through multiple investment rounds from leading European & US Venture Capital funds into an award-winning UK Digital Health company and sale to Induction Healthcare Group PLC in May 2020. (FTSE AIM: INHC) 


He co-founded Hive Health in May 2021, on a mission to help protect and secure local healthcare devices, systems, networks and data from cyber security risks. Effective cyber security is not just about protecting Data, it is fundamental for maintaining the Safety, Privacy and Trust of Patients.

Lloyd was a founding member of the Digital Healthcare Council in 2017 and Board Member for the Coalition for a Digital Economy conducting two trade delegation visits to the European Parliament in 2015 and 2016. 

He has worked with multiple Investment Funds since 2017 as a Board Advisor and Investment Committee member, including TenX Health, Deepbridge Capital and Octopus Ventures. 

 

Lloyd has worked with Cambridge Judge Business School judging MBA students Digital Health projects and is currently a Healthcare Executive in Residence at University College London's Global Business School for Health and HealthTech Advisor for the Oxford University Venture Capital Network.

Phil Rogers

Chief Operations Officer

Phil Rogers COO

Phil has 20 years of business experience working in Technical, Operational and Solution Development roles

He is a strong business executive with global and cross vertical experience. Having excelled in several different areas of business has resulted in Phil having depth and breadth in blending people, process and technology.

He has an adaptability to grasp complex and multi-factorial issues with speed. Possessing an entrepreneurial drive he can establish a strategic vision and find the most appropriate, sustainable solution to drive key business metrics, based on forecasted outcomes.

During the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, Phil worked with our CEO Jason to operationalise the Help NHS Heroes project to set up a network of ‘pop-up supermarkets’ for NHS staff. Phil was COO/CTO.

Other roles have included Solutions Design Director as 247.ai – bringing together cross-functional leadership of sales, account management, product management and delivery teams to develop consistent pan-European go-to-market strategy, and Head of Sales (EMEA) as SaleCycle – transformation of sales team including personnel, structure and market messaging to improve key business metrics for sustainable sales growth.

Phil is also AVP of Connected Intelligence at Sutherland Global Services - managing an Analytics solution to empower global business process and customer experience transformation programs to drive improved customer outcomes and optimized human capital operating models.

Paul Rowden

Head of Regulatory

Paul Rowden Regulatory Consultant

Paul is a global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs specialist with over twenty three years’ experience in the Medical Devices & IVD sectors.

Accredited as an Internationally Certified Principal Auditor, Paul has been instrumental in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs strategy for large medical device / IVD manufacturers. With an impeccable record, he has successfully guided over 500 clients to ISO, FDA, Canadian and CE compliance with the development and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Technical Files.

Paul's extensive knowledge within the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance profession has seen him hold key positions as an Internationally Certified Principal and Lead Auditor.

Paul is also Director of European Device Solutions Ltd, a professional quality and regulatory affairs consultancy, representing Medical Device businesses and products through the ISO 13485:2016 registration of CE marking, complaint handling and adverse incident report processes.

Andrew Baiden

Chief Marketing Officer

Andrew has over thirty years experience in scaling UK and global businesses. 

An industry leader in the PR, Communcations, Brand and Marketing Industries, he has worked in some of the best known agencies serving a range of global brands including Microsoft, DHL, Novartis, Nintendo, Amazon and Bosch.

He has also run  public sector programmes for multiple government departments including Department of Health, Education, The Home Office and DCMS, as well as the Football Foundation.

His teams have won multiple awards in delivering campaigns across UK, European and global  markets.

He has experience in consumer, healthcare, sport, Tech and industrial markets. He has orchestrated  major brand launches such as Expedia, Microsoft Xbox, Amazon Home and Nintendo Wii-Fit. as well as running corporate and crisis programmes around the photo sensitive epilepsy for the video gaming industry and Genetically Modified Foods for the life sciences industry.

He lists a wide range of disciplines from  brand building to corporate reputation and crisis management. 

He has a BA Hons from Exeter University and is a Member of the Institute of Public Relations.

Liam Reynolds

Liam has led commercial teams for major media organisations for over 30 years.

Building commercial success at the likes of News UK and Global Outdoor, through bold and innovative thinking, has been the hallmark of his career thus far; he looks forward to bringing that commercial acumen to the health sector.

Liam has successfully navigated the transition of Newspaper Publishers to a digital model, resulting in revenue success; a similar transformation awaits the NHS, he is well placed to advise and deliver on digital strategy.

A member of a number of commercial boards and a representative on Newsworks Commercial Board for the Regional Press sector he brings a strong pedigree in corporate leadership.

He has a BSc (Accounting) from Hull University and a Diploma in Management from Henley Business School.
